House - 607 23rd Street (Unit G) NW

The GW ZBT House is a newly renovated brown-stone townhouse located at 607 23rd Street (Unit G), NW. 

The first floor of the house is common space that can be accessed by all Brothers throughout the day. There is a living room with various video game systems and televisions, a dining room, a kitchen, and two pantries. Additionally, the first floor of the house is used for various chapter events and programs. The basement is primarily used as a lounge space for chapter meetings, watching sports, and playing billiards and ping pong. There are also two washer/dryers and a bathroom. 

The second, third, and fourth floors consists of four double-bedrooms and 2 connecting bathrooms per floor for the residents. 

Additionally, the backyard has a grilling area that Brothers utilize for chilling and relaxing after a long day of classes or during the weekend. The house is centrally located as it is across the street from Funger Hall and Learner Health and Wellness Center, making it convenient to access all areas of campus. 

All Greek townhouses and International House are owned by GW, but ZBT has a long-term lease for the house. Brothers from other chapters have the ability to apply to live in the house during the summer.
